How do I log in?
If it’s the first time you’re logging in, you need to start by creating an account. If you’ve already logged in one or several times, just use the password and email address you created for your account the first time.

Can I stop in the middle of the training?
Yes, you can. The program will automatically start where you left off, the next time you log in. Why can I only see part of the training although it contains several parts? Some parts are carried out in a certain order. The next part will show once you’ve completed the previous part.

How do I print my certificate?
In some of the e-Learning trainings, there are certificates that you receive only after you have completed the training. You can’t print a certificate until all parts of the training are completed.

Can I as a private person take this training?
Yes, that’s perfectly fine. When you create your account, simply check the box for private person instead of company and company name.

What is an Open Badge?
An Open Badge is a digital token of achievement. It’s an alternative or a complement to your certificate. Once you've got your Open Badge, you can add it to your LinkedIn page, for example.
